National 4-H Congress
National 4-H Congress for 2008 will be held from November 28-December 2, 2008.
National 4-H Congress is a five-day educational program that brings together the top 4-H members from across the nation to share ideas and experiences. Each county in Pennsylvania may send two 4-H members.
